Aimfit crew smashed out their weights session this morning after a fun disorganised game from me ;) and a dress rehearsal for our Nutbush plank challenge next week! Great atmosphere and effort this morning everyone!! Nikki being a great role model to all her munchkins and both her beautiful daughters joining in this morning. Actually all my crew showing their kids today how its done, well done!
